Prices are exclusive of VAT and carriage.
Export orders could be subjected to a handling and documentation charge.
Teklab reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice and to invoice goods at the prices in operation at the time and despatch.
Orders for goods under £50 net (exclusive of VAT & carriage) are subject to a £7.00 small order charge.
Whilst every care has been taken in compiling this website we cannot accept responsibility for errors or omissions.
SPECIFICATION
The right is reserved to supply goods to the specification and/or design current at the date of despatch. The description and illustrations contained in our catalogue and website are intended to present a general idea of the goods described, and none of these shall form part of the contract.
CLAIMS
No claim will be entertained for damaged, faulty or undelivered goods unless we are informed within 10 days of date of invoice. If no claim is received within this time, the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser as being in good order and conform with the contract.
TITLE
Goods remain the property of Teklab until paid for in full.
WARRANTY
The risk of goods shall pass to the Purchaser on acceptance of delivery. Teklab is not liable for consequential loss or other damage incurred through use of our products. We recommend that customers request free samples for testing and evaluation to ensure that the product is suitable for their use.
CANCELLATION
Orders may not be cancelled without prior written agreement and may be subject to a cancellation charge.
